Bandhwari Landfill Remediation & Integrated Waste Processing
The Bandhwari landfill stood as a colossal environmental challenge for the National Capital Region, casting a long shadow over the fragile Aravalli ecosystem. Our mission was not merely to manage waste, but to orchestrate a massive ecological rescue. By engineering large-scale bio-mining alongside advanced fresh-waste processing, we launched a dual-front campaign to dismantle decades of accumulated legacy waste while ensuring the city's daily refuse never adds to the burden.
Bandhwari Bio-Mining
To combat the towering garbage mountains shadowing the Aravalli belt, we mobilized massive-scale bio-mining operations. Through rigorous mechanical screening, we are methodically breaking down and processing hundreds of thousands of metric tonnes of historical waste.
Every single day, our infrastructure efficiently processes over 1,200 metric tonnes of combined fresh and legacy municipal solid waste, a relentless operational pace critical to halting new accumulations.
High-Grade RDF Extraction
We established a closed-loop system for combustible waste fractions, systematically converting them into high-calorific Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF). This vital resource now powers Waste-to-Energy (WtE) plants and cement kilns across Northern India.
